Chocolate Indulgent Cookie Pops

These divine little cookie pops are great for kids to enjoy after a run outside, school or with their friends


100g soft brown sugar 100g golden caster sugar 100g butter, softened 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 225g plain flour 100g milk chocolate, melted 50g white chocolate chips 50g plain chocolate chips 50g milk chocolate chips 1 Dessert spoon of caramel sauce (optional) Chocolate buttons or chunks to decorate pop sticks


Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Line baking sheets with baking parchment. Mix the sugars and butter together with a wooden spoon, then add the egg, vanilla, caramel, flour and the melted milk chocolate and mix together. Stir in the chocolate chips
