Today’s recipe is a lovely Amaretti Crumble. The perfect comfort food for the cold winter evenings we have at the moment. I really adore all things almond and amaretti biscuits really tickle my taste buds. This was the perfect pudding as we have plenty of frozen stewed apple sauce in the freezer and it seemed like the best way to use it up! As simple as a normal crumble mix, just with the added benefit of blissfully yummy amaretti.
