I recently did a charcoal sketch of my bedroom window using a piece of Herons as inspiration, i then photocopied it a few times and using acrylic paint and various papers i then filled in between the spaces.

Photocopying the finished pieces altered the colours slightly which was a happy accident. Then using a homemade viewfinder, i placed it over sections of my photocopied pieces to create small abstractions.

Im really happy with the outcome of each of them, i have then recreated the pieces again using paint, taking it to another level and totally away from what i started off with.
