This year I've set myself a challenge to use an old magazine a month to cook from - as I've Good Food magazines dating back to November 2002 and Olive magazines from a few years later, I won't be short of magazines to choose from. This month I'm using the January 2003 Good Food. It's actually one that's got some of my "go to" recipes in - there's a fish pie with swede and potato topping which I cook if we're home Christmas Eve, a turkey and parsnip curry - always useful after Christmas. There's also a good (and healthy) vegetable balti recipe which I've cooked more than once and a very easy, but impressive tiramisu trifle recipe too, which sadly I can't find the recipe for on the Good Food website.
