a letter to myself

I am writing a letter to myself as part of my forgiveness journey as laid out by Desmond Tutu in the Forgiveness Challenge for Day 10.Dear Sarah Over the years, you have hurt me. You have thrown insults at the mirror. You have turned down compliments. Called them liars. You have purposeful fed yourself poor nutrition, withheld fresh air and shut yourself away from those that love you. You hurt other people in the hope that they will leave you, believing yourself not worthy of love. You told yourself that you we not worthy of this life. That you don’t deserve it. That you were unloved and unneeded.
