I’m trying to be good with what I eat – at Easter – when the shops are full of chocolate! What was I thinking! So best foot forward with 52 cook books and low fat, good for you food! Not a chocolate egg filled with sweet gooey fondant! Lucky me!!
Having joined slimming world again I decided this week it should be a healthy, vegetarian dish, and while I know it might sound an odd combination, it tastes ruddy lovely!
So for anyone trying to be good about their food intake or fancies a change from the norm - this is it!
