I love books. I love reading them, owning them and collecting them. I think this is why I have a hard time embracing the dawn of the eBook. A house lined with Kindles and iPads create the same image in my mind as a home lined from ceiling to floor with books. I can lose myself in a good cookbook the same way I can lose myself in a great work of fiction, which would explain why I always have room for books in my kitchen. These are the food-related titles that have inspired me to become a better cook, and a better writer.
