Have you ever had one of those days when nothing seems to be going your way? Well if so, there is no need to fret! I have created this list of pick-me-ups, that are sure to turn any frown upside down.
1. Give a big smile.
Have you ever heard the saying, “Fake it, until you make it”? Well that applies here as well, even if you don’t feel like it, just do it. It is known, that by simply smiling a few times, you end up sort of tricking yourself into feeling a bit better.
2. Get outside and explore.
Sometimes, nature can be the best therapy! Just taking a moment to walk around a park can clear your mind of its troubles and put things in perspective. Or, you can go explore the world around you! You can search for the best boutique store or café. However, if the weather where you live is similar to how it is here in Canada, (and your relationship with the cold isn’t the best) then you can just as easily enjoy the view from you window with a nice cup of hot cocoa.
