1. I like to plan my dinners waaaaay in advance. Seriously, I started compiling a spreadsheet when I was ten planning out the meals I’d eat for the rest of my life (estimating cost based on a 2.1% inflation rate). Suffice it to say, I don’t actually use that particular list (especially as it’d have me eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches alternating with burritos every day for lunch), but you get the picture. CSA’s just throw a wrench in my food planning workflow.
