Well, I’ve been meaning to post the recipe for this mega easy Banoffee Pie for a while. If I made a list of my top five desserts, Banoffee Pie would definitely be up there. I love desserts made with banana. I made some Banana Cupcakes a while ago and my current favourite is Banana and Chocolate Chip Cake {I’ll post the recipe for that soon!} I’ve made Banoffee Pie a few of times as a midweek dinner dessert as it’s so easy as there’s no cooking involved.
