How Save the Children are helping people in remote Bangladesh in monsoon season

The clinics will be up and running in 2013, but in the meantime Save the Children aredoing whatever it takes to reach the people who need help the most – even when they’re surrounded by water with water ambulances.

Here they are defying the floods to bring expert health care to pregnant women or mums with sick babies.
