Everyone loves a party but no one likes the early departure to get the last train home or in fact the journey home at all. So when I was invited to the launch party of Urban Villa and offered a room to stay I was all in. No costly taxis, no one to say when the last drink was to be had, and a bed a couple of storeys up. Excellent.
My room was on the 9th floor and really more like an apartment. Along with the usual bed and bathroom it also had a fully-equipped kitchen and a balcony with floor to ceiling panoramic views. It’s the kind of spacious, clean and modern room that would suit everybody but especially long stay guests who might be looking for a home cooked meal now and then and breakfast at a time of their choosing.
Urban Villa is a 100 room all suite boutique hotel in Brentford. The launch was held on 23rd January with live music, drinks a-plenty and the finest burgers known to man. It’s times like this and every time I see a piece of meat really that I’m glad I’m not a vegetarian anymore. They were glorious.
