According to Time, these are the most commonly broken New Year‘s resolutions:
Lose weight and get fit Stop smoking Learn something new Eat healthier or diet Get out of debt or save money Spend more time with family Travel to new places Be less stressed Volunteer Drink less
The idea behind all of them are great and I think many people start in good faith, but come mid-February, the desire to keep your resolution fails. For many years when I was younger, my resolution was to stop biting my nails. I still bite my nails to this day. So now I make resolutions that I’m more inclined to keep.
So for 2014 I’ve decided my resolution or goal is to better look after myself.
