This article by the Huffington Post really got me thinking. It’s a bit worrying, really. I spend all my working day staring at a computer screen and then come home to stare at a TV screen most evenings. Not to mention how many times I look at my iPhone each day. I wrote about this when I first started my blog actually (read the post here), and not much has changed since then.
Recently, I counted how many times I checked my phone on my 25 minute walk home. Five times. That’s once every five minutes. I’m not even always sure why I’m checking it. It’s like I’m looking for an excuse to use my phone in some way. My phone is the last thing I check in the evening and the first thing I check in the morning.
