This book strikes a chord with my Harry, being a child not overly keen on bath time himself. He also picked up on Harry the dog trying to show his owners that he is their Harry by doing all his “old, clever tricks”. My Harry often starts jumping about, waving limbs in different directions, and announces that he is showing me his tricks! The story and charming illustrations hark back to a different era, depicting steam trains and traction engines, coal chutes and chimney sweeps, however the delightful story is timeless. A lovely book to share with your children!
