Grilled Halloumi and Vegetable Cous Cous – a healthy supper in 10 minutes

This recipe can be made super spicy or non-spicy. Adjust the quantities depending on how many you wish to feed.
Ingredients:
Pack of Halloumi Cheese (Tesco do a pack of Halloumi Cheese with chilli which is rather tasty)
Cous Cous
Vegetable stock cube
Veggies – what ever you fancy or have lying about. I used sugar snap peas, mini sweetcorn, mini broccoli and a yellow pepper.
