I genuinely love football. But apparently this is an issue for some people – other women and men too. People act surprised that I am a genuine football fan, and question me and then sometimes finish with “well I guess you only do it to impress men“. Sorry what? I find it crazy that a woman can’t enjoy a game of sport that is played by men without it being about “getting into mens pants” or “lusting about the players”.
