Fruit Salad

I get through a phenomenal amount of fruit each week. Fruit in my breakfast smoothie, fruit for snacks, fruit in my frozen yogurt pudding. Sometimes even fruit for lunch when I forget to eat and it’s not worth making anything before dinner. We seem to be getting through nearly six punnets of nectarines in a week at the moment; they’re TB’s favourite fruit as well as one of mine.
