I had an emotion-explosion today. I have no idea if this term is actually real (probably not) or if it even makes sense to anyone but me (see previous brackets) but that’s the best way I can find to describe my mini emotional breakdown I had at the Gesundheitsamt this morning. Oh yes, not just at home where no-one would be able to see, I of course had to burst the emotional dam at a stupid Amt* of all places!

an Amt* is a German Government office for those of you not living in Germany…
