C recently discovered City Of Friendsfollow on Channel 5. It’s all about three friends , Max the police officer, Elphie the fire officer and Ted the paramedic. It’s one of those nice family friendly cartoons that has sensible themes running through it like confidence, friendship, activity and fun.
