Book review: Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet

I knew I was on to a winner with this book, Hotel on the Corner of Bitter and Sweet by Jamie Ford because two of my best sources of Splendid Reads enthused about it (thank you Cara and Relyn). I read this hot on the heels of the wonderful Nemesis (Philip Roth) and I enjoyed it just as much though they are world’s apart in terms of setting, tone and ‘feel’.
