As well as a host of celebrity chefs coming to Bolton, lots of local businesses have also got involved for Bolton Food and Drink Festival 2012. There are a range of deals to be had across the borough leading up to and during the festival. There are some brilliant events, including 1940s themed fish and chips, a Bollywood night, food history, worldwide cuisine and even a corned beef hash competition!

There is going to be a new addition to this year’s festival in the form of an open air dining area, with vendors selling ever-popular street food.
