As some people may know, I was born in Manila and spent the first five years of my life in the Philippines. The child of a British father from Shetland and a Spanish/German mother born and bred in the Philippines, I had very eclectic food influences in my childhood. One day I will share my Dad’s tuna bake with crisp topping, that is something special.
